It has been one of the weirdest seasons ever for payroll providers, massive tax changes passed in late December 2017 are now being implemented as the IRS reviews and releases a revamped Pub 15 as soon as they can.
In the meantime, respond for the Form 1036 and apply the most accurate withholding for your business’ employees.
